Who we are
Tecment ("we", "us") provides CRM implementation, automation, and custom software services to businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through tecment.com and how we use it. Questions go to elias@tecment.com.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, company, and anything you write when you fill out a form or book a call.
- Usage data: pages you visit, the device and browser you use, and how you reached our site, collected through cookies and similar technology.
- Advertising data: if you arrive from an ad, our advertising partners may tell us which ad you clicked.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule calls
- To provide and improve our services
- To measure which ads and pages work, and to show relevant ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram
- To send you messages you asked for, such as call reminders
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel to understand site usage and measure advertising. These tools may set cookies or collect information about your visit. You can block cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out tool, and adjust ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your inquiry or booked call. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We do not share your phone number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, scheduling tool, CRM, email provider, and advertising and analytics platforms. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and client information for as long as we need it to provide services and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing elias@tecment.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor them.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
